I appreciate that we are all human and the odd PT session may need to be cancelled or rearranged at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

I strive to be as flexible as possible and will do my best to reschedule a cancelled session to another day and time within that 4 week block (diary permitting).

If you have 4, 8 or 12 sessions per 4 week block, they must all be used within that time frame as I am unable to allow clients to ‘carry over’ sessions to the following 4 weeks.

You will not be charged for sessions missed if they fall on a public or bank holiday, any holidays you have booked (please advise of these in advance) or any sessions that I need to cancel.
