“Well where do I start… having started with Louis just 16 weeks ago I have never felt as strong, fit and toned as I do now. I came to Lou as someone who has always enjoyed exercising but never had much confidence at the gym (other than to attend group classes) and certainly have never strength trained before.

“As someone that has always struggled with my body image and having had two children in 3 years, I had resigned myself to the fact that this was just the way my body looked and I would never be able to change it. I’ve tried so many diets/ fads over the years and nothing ever seemed to work for me.

Since starting with Louis, not only have I seen my weight come down (18 lbs), but my confidence in both the way I look and feel has substantially grown. I have realised I don’t have to compromise on myself just because I am a Mum.
