I am a father, a husband, and I specialise in getting men and women into the best physical shape in the quickest and simplest way possible.

My skills as a Personal Trainer and Online Coach lie in stripping 10, 20, 30 plus pounds of body fat off your frame and creating that toned, lean physique you’ve always wanted.

My Body Transformation Program is about you and me getting after it.

We won’t just claw back the pounds; we’ll roll back the years.

We won’t settle for the pre-baby body; we’ll blow that person out of the water.

We won’t just erase the ‘dad-bod’ or ‘man-boobs’, we’ll make your loved ones believe you’re a superhero.

I’m not like the online coaches who ‘check in’ by sending you a questionnaire on Sundays and provide ‘personal feedback’ in the form of a 30 second voice note.

I am a 24/7 service.

Personal Training, Personally Tailored

I review your nutrition and exercise three times per week to keep you accountable and on the path towards success. We’ll monitor your calorie intake, daily step count and body weight all through the convenience of the Coached by Lou App.

My App will sync to your Apple Watch/Fitbit/Garmin to track your steps and exercise, and to the My Fitness Pal App, which we will use to track your nutrition and calories.

We’ll go through the menu together when you have a meal out planned so you can maintain your social life but not undo the progress you’ve made during the week.
