Skinny Cheeseburger Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Brioche burger bun

  • 1 skinny beef burger (3 % fat)

  • 1 slice of low-fat cheddar cheese (25 grams)

  • 15 grams of iceberg lettuce

  • 50 grams of tomato

  • 20 grams of reduced salt and sugar tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. Spray your pan with Fry-light.

  2. Fry the burger until it’s cooked to your liking.

  3. Place a slice of cheese on top of the burger and add lid to the pan for 1 minute.

  4. Slice the vegetables and add to burger bun.

  5. Place the burger on the bun and top with ketchup.
