Skinny Cheeseburger Recipe
Ingredients
1 Brioche burger bun
1 skinny beef burger (3 % fat)
1 slice of low-fat cheddar cheese (25 grams)
15 grams of iceberg lettuce
50 grams of tomato
20 grams of reduced salt and sugar tomato ketchup
Instructions
Spray your pan with Fry-light.
Fry the burger until it’s cooked to your liking.
Place a slice of cheese on top of the burger and add lid to the pan for 1 minute.
Slice the vegetables and add to burger bun.
Place the burger on the bun and top with ketchup.
